What are your hours?
Monday – Friday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM PT · Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM PT · Sunday: Closed. Email arrives any time; we answer during those hours, within one business day.
How fast will I get a quote?
Usually within one business day — often the same day for weekday inquiries. Including quantity, grade, prior contents, and delivery location up front lets us quote in a single reply instead of a back-and-forth.
Is there an order minimum?
No hard minimum — we sell everything from a single tote to a few hundred. For very small orders, transport is the main cost factor, so your location affects the total. Send your city and count and we'll give you a straight number.
Do you deliver, and how does that work?
Yes — we pick up and deliver across California and batch freight to keep per-tote cost down. Tell us your ZIP and site conditions (dock, forklift, or ground-drop) and we'll quote transport with the totes. See transport & logistics.
Can I visit the yard?
Pickups and drop-offs are by appointment — arrange it via email first so someone's ready for you. We're on Charcot Ave, San Jose, CA 95131.
